The Important Details:
You do not have to camp to come & enjoy the time of fun & fellowship!
 
For Non-Campers – Arrive any time
  • The drive & back parking lot will be closed to vehicles at 3pm
  • Activities (and rootbeer floats) start at 1pm • Movie starts at 8pm
  • About the Food:  Bring your cooler!  Meals will not be provided.  A grill will be available for use.  We will have popcorn during the movie & s’mores around the bonfire.  No tobacco or alcoholic beverages, please.
  • Bring the bikes & helmets!  We will block off areas of the parking lot for riding.
  • Don’t forget your roasting sticks, lawn chairs, blankets, shade, or whatever will keep you comfortable for the day/evening.
  • Yes!  You will be able to use the restrooms!  Be sure to thank the volunteers that are keeping them clean.
For Campers – Set Up Begins at 1pm:
  • Set up begins at 1pm.  If you have a camper/RV, please arrive by 3.  If you need to set up after 3, that’s ok, just let us know ahead of time. 
  • Please RSVP to the church office (carol@faithumc.com) and let her know if you’ll have a tent or camper/RV. 
  • An activity waiver will need to be on file for you/your family prior to the event.  Blank Activity -Waiver of Liability
  • The playground will be monitored from 1-2pm if you’d like to send your kids over while you set up!
